The 34-year-old policeman who shot dead 16-year-old Kostas Fragoulis in #Thessaloniki was released today morning and will not be placed in pre-trial detention, under the only condition of a ban on leaving the country.
Fragoulis was shot in the head because he did not pay 20 Euros for fuel.
