My entry for the #1927gamejam is live over on itch.io - I’m really excited by how it came out… though I have no friends, so it hasn’t been play-tested yet. ;-)
Take a gander, maybe print it out & give it a play, and while you’re over there: there’s still time to build something cool and enter it in the jam!

I guess I should say I am participating in the #1927gamejam, writing a branching story that you can fail in Ink, I am excited for it to come together! Basing it off an Edward Hopper painting and a 1927 spiritualism book.
So, here's a peek into where my brain has gone for #1927GameJam so far - inspired by René Magritte' 1927 paintings "La Musee d'une Nuit" and "La Clef des Songes." It's a game of telling stories - real and imagined - to other people then deciding if your friends are living in a fantasy world.
I'd love some folks to take a look at it - it's my first card game design and I don't know if it holds up. Would love some #Feedback. DM me if you're interested.
Stumbled on this GameJam and it looks absolutely amazing. Totally up the alley of folks here on peoplemaking.games
I already have a pretty functional prototype for a card game going - would love a couple experienced board gamers to glance at it to see if it's worth continuing to develop or not. It's a party game ala CAH or Apples to Apples only... very much not. DM or reply here.

Also - can't figure where I saw this, so can't give a hat-tip. That means I'm going to obsessively hashtag this post so others can refind it if needed...

My weekly update of #PhysicalGameJams is complete! Game jam of the week is https://itch.io/jam/gaming-like-its-1927, Gaming Like It's 1927, because you know I'm going to celebrate more work entering the public domain! This jam invites both digital and physical games.
And as always, the complete list is at https://physicalgamejams.com. #TTRPG #PublicDomain #1927GameJam

Playing with an idea for the #1927GameJam. A Hardy Boys game seems like low hanging fruit (though maybe not so much as Lovecraft or Doyle), so I'm going in.....a different direction. Solo storytelling phase is done, and now I need to work up a solo combat engine for phase two, which is a new challenge for me.
