Remembering Walter (Walt) J. Gorney (1912-2004), the Austrian-American film and stage actor, born in Vienna . Best known as the self-styled "messenger of God" / harbinger of doom "Crazy Ralph" in Sean S. Cunningham's franchise-spawning summer camp slasher (1980), he returned to be garrotted by Jason in Part 2 (1981) and as the opening narrator of Part VII: The New Blood (1988).
