#Cornwall Council looks likely to set blanket #20mph speed restrictions on all residential streets, implemented in phases to 2026. This is good news - every single mile-per-hour drop in driving speed makes roads safer for all.

I want to see this in #Warwickshire. Many residential streets have the default 30mph limit which too many people will drive to (or exceed) even though it's not safe nor appropriate. 30mph should only be granted on a road by exception.
