The #PrusaMini uses dusl rods, which are only fixed on one side. So I don't think it would be too bad. And 600g weight is normal for a hotend.
#247printing had one video where all of hjs hotends he measured were between 400g and 800g, which surprised me. My hotend, for example, is 400g after removing the metal cover.
