Note for those who don’t know: trans teens cannot currently have surgery and no-one is advocating for them to have surgery. What the Tories want to ban is puberty blockers and counselling. Puberty blockers are reversible (and anyway detransitioning is incredibly rare).

You can bet that the Tories will roll back even the somewhat skimpy climate policies offered by Trudeau too.

Sauf qu'elle va plus loin.

Elle interdit également l'intervention d'organismes tiers dans l'éducation sexuelle à l'école - donc plus aucune sensibilisation par des intervenant-e-s d'OSBL - et accorde aux parents le droit de retirer leurs enfants des cours d'éducation sexuelle.

C'est un abus des droits des enfants et des mineur.e.s, mais aussi de la censure.

As disabilities are more common in groups oppressed under white supremacy (BIPOC, women, and 2SLGBTQIA+) supporting disability advocates, and sex workers rights is part of anti-racism work, and 2SLGBTQIA+ allyship. We're all connected, and we all benefit from better policies that respect autonomy, and improve workers rights.
