@vik @lightweight I've just read the article. I'm with #2Degrees and they've been fine up to now but I have no interest in supporting an organisation who are comfortable with getting into bed with Space Karen's sky pollution. Those satellites are not the only (or even the best) way to solve the problem they purport to solve.

@keoni A friend's also been having problems with 2Degrees. They're charging her for a landline but nobody can call her because "This line is out of service". Her biggest gripe was holding for hours on their helpline before being cut off, two days in a row.

She eventually went via the telecoms ombudsman to get 2Degrees to at least acknowledge the problem. It's still not fixed.
