YouTube - Lost Palms Oasis Trail, Joshua Tree National Park

Part of what I liked the 360 video for at this spot in Joshua Tree was the ability to explore the range of features, from looking down at the gulley in the foreground up to the rocky peaks. I haven’t been editing color or light balance at all, and here the bright sun reflecting off the bare ground blew out the lighting a bit. youtu.be/SNIvhMwEMec
I don’t want to get into complex editing, I try to keep it super simple & fast, any software suggestions?

YouTube - Salton Sea Shoreline

Playing around with 360 video last week on different landscapes than I’ve tried before. Captures the immediate area well and in good detail, but doesn’t work as well for capturing the wide open spaces and vistas. Salton Sea shoreline: youtu.be/8jK5ugvV8RE

Insomnia? Sometimes I make things. This project is about finding inspiration anywhere, was done a while ago, when blue checks meant something and while Twitter had problems, it was still great for community and interesting people. I took photos of some twitter celebrities and put them in some of my favourite places in Nova Scotia, Canada.

This is a VR project (360° images), so you get to look around scenes. Nova Scotia is spectacular.
