بعد عامين على # انفجار_مرفأ_بيروت ، يحق للناس رؤية التحقيق يأخذ مجراه من دون أي عوائق، وأن يتم تنفيذ #الإصلاحات الملحّة على وجه السرعة. يساعد إطار #3RF في معالجة بعض تداعيات الانفجار وأزمة 🇱🇧 المستمرة، ولكن ما زال هناك حاجة للقيام بالمزيد.
