I'm thinking of organizing a "fact finding" road trip to visit all 3 with some fellow #FullBarrelCoop members at some point in the next few months. Any #NewEngland #socialcoop and/or Fediverse peeps interested in tagging along?

@rbenjamin My thinking right now is to split 50/50 workers and consumers, with each group represented by 3 board members, and an additional 3 seats appointed by the board.

On the worker side of things, my default would be to try a third of the patronage for each category.
