3D Monster Chase (Romik Software, 1984). An original first-person 3D maze game in which your task is to search a missing key through the 3 floors, back to the starting point and defuse an activated bomb, then search for the next key (7 in total) and so on, while terrible monsters prowl through the maze. The game achieves a good horror atmosphere, all in just 16K.
