I don’t think that’s supposed to happen after a firmware upgrade on a brand new #anycubic #kobra 2. The print head literally plowed through the print bed.

I need some #3DPrint help.
I bought my Creality Max Neo printer in April; I’ve been printing all through June with no trouble, until..
Nozzle & heat sink filament clogs. Replaced the single gear extruder & the entire hot end assembly which included a brand new thermistor (took it out of the box, wired it cold, didn’t touch the thermistor wires or unscrew it from the heat block). All new parts (no fancy upgrades), all made by Creality for the Max Neo.
Put my filament in, preheated to ABS, I get a nice gooey strand out of the nozzle with the extruder @ +100. Reset. Extruder to 0. Preheat to ABS. 230/100. Chose: Print a Benchy (it’s not one of my prints, so please don’t suggest retraction settings unless you can direct me to a change on the printer menu itself). When I print, it doesn’t release any filament. Wait. Nothing. Stop. Pull the filament & it has a nice nozzle looking point on the end.
What could possibly be going on?
Okay #3DPrinting gurus, help me out here. I bought a Crealty #EnderNeoMax to replace my Dremel3D45. The thing about the Dremel was it just worked; send the gcode to the printer, add filament, add adhesive to the bed, level it and go.
I thought I had done my due diligence on the Neo Max; leveled the bed at all four corners, used the leveling software. I have my Z axis at -2.5 (otherwise it was printing too high). I have the grooves in my PEI when I tried setting it lower.
Thingiverse prints seem to work better than the stuff I make. But not always. Can someone look at my gcode? Below is the seed starting trays I tried making.

Okay #3DPrinter gurus, I’m having issues. I took an SVG file, put it into blender and converted it to STL. I had to size it up to like 3600%. The first print, acted like it wasn’t even finished. Second print, clogged the nozzle. Third print, turned into clumps of spiderweb filament all over the printbed.
Last night, when I tried cutting a model in half (again in Blender) and printed it, it printed really rough with no details on the bottom section.
What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this?

When your first color change works out perfectly.
But you fall asleep and don't hear the notification for the second and the printer heater times out.
There was supposed to be white text on the second part. The reason why you can see the text is because the top layer was ironed.
There goes a 5 hour print.
