Dudley definitely bangs the drum for #RCS in his writing, but even he predicts #Apple will not support #RCS in 2023: https://william-dudley.com/2023/02/13/for-the-16th-time-my-2023-mobile-industry-predictions-with-an-assessment-of-2022-predictions/#:~:text=An%20easy%20prediction%3A%20iOS%20will%20not%20support%20RCS%20in%20any%20form%20(again).

Saying that GSMA has a mandate over 5G is like saying the #RIAA has a mandate over audio codecs.
