I'm so excited! I actually got the next module loaded before noon and am going to have a normal weekend off for the first time this semester. (Up to now, I've only had two Saturdays.)
#AdjunctLife is not sustainable.
This is not to say that I'm caught up and can "afford" to have it off, but I have been reading #4000Weeks and basically just made a values-based command decision.
I ain't workin'.

I've been doing this the past few days after reading #4000Weeks and I have to say I love it.
I can still do everything I need to do, but it doesn't have the same allure. And as a benefit, by contrast, the real world looks even more vibrant.
Man this book is REALLY good and dropping uncomfortable truth bombs left and right.
