It's going to be a tiring day , and I've woken up tired!

We are taking daughter into the depths of East Anglia to collect her car, then we're all driving back again.
Thankfully the weather is good.

Then after going out for food - mum and daughter are going to see a show at .
If I've got any energy left I'll perhaps go to the club while they're at the

I loved 42nd Street (1933) from the first time I saw the colorized version, recorded on an ancient VHS tape. I can never resist a backstage musical.

Here are stars Warner Baxter, Dick Powell, Ruby Keeler and Bebe Daniels in an odd and wildly misleading publicity photo that has nothing to do with anything that happens in the film.
