I saw somebody recently post that this entire soundtrack was getting a #vinyl reissue soon, and was reminded that I had the 7” single for it somewhere.
I bought this a looong time ago simply because it’s one of my all time favorite movies, and I love Adam Schlesinger.
None of my #45s are registered on Discogs, so once I found it, was shocked to see it goes for over $100 CAD.

I’m 99% certain I got sunstroke today. It’s hot as hell outside & feel like The Elephant Man.
I battled through to dig through a ton more #45s today for about an hour, & found another 20 or so gems.
This is for sentimental purposes, and the 8 year old version of myself, the lover of the #batman tv show from ‘66. This cover is different than the U.S., but it’s the same record.

An interesting 45 I found recently... "The Utica Club Natural Carbonation Beer Drinking Song" by The Utica Club Natural Carbonation Band. The band was actually The Trolls, a garage band from Chicago with two minor hits ("Every Day And Every Night" in 1966 and "I Got To Have Ya" in 1968), and the song was written and produced by Sasha Burland, who wrote the top 40 hit "Uh! Oh!" for The Nutty Squirrels in 1959.

PixelFed and Mastodon seem to handle hard returns differently; Mastodon is applying additional returns that PixelFed doesn’t do, which makes for a lot of white space. Dunno where the issue lies.
