With all the talk about a #4DayWorkWeek, I beg to differ. 25 years ago I negotiated a 6 hour work day. Vast improvement in life. #Sleep one of the extra hours and #exercise in the other.

After an adjustment period, I got more done, too, because it turned out I was spending more than 2 hours on crap.
