Tomorrow is #parkrun and as it's the last Saturday in the month it will also be 5K Your Way at many events.

5K Your Way is a cancer support group for those living with or beyond cancer, their families, friends and those working in cancer services.

I'll be at Nonsuch parkrun, so come and say hello, you'll find us by the light blue flag and wearing light blue tops.

Remember, you don't have to run at parkrun, walk, jog, run or a combination of all three 🙂
