I had Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory in college. I have to admit that this album rocks.

While the 11 minutes and 11 seconds long snoozefest Inamorata closes #72Seasons and thus my #Metallicajourney #Metaljourney, it is time for a(nother) verdict on the album and a final ranking of all #Metallica albums.

Surprisingly, 72 Seasons was better the second round, and I'll upgrade it to a 3 (solid album, might listen to it again). One of the main reason: "Too Far Gone?" caught my attention this time, it's a really nice heavy metal track.

Been listening to the new #Metallica album #72Seasons since it came out last week. After having listened to the full album front to back a few times, I think it’s really good. I like it a lot, way more than I thought I would. It’s probably my favorite “modern” Metallica album the band has done. James’ voice sounds the best it has recently and I like pretty much every song on the record. Definitely want to see how some of these songs sound live too.

Recién estoy escuchando lo nuevo de Metallica. La verdad que los riffs con ligaditos y slides de esta última etapa de Hettfield ya me aburrieron. Son como un mismo tema largo. Tirá un powerchord Hetfazo, y dejen de hacer discos de 60+ mimutos! Vuelvan a 8 temas-45minutos que les quedaba bárbaro...

I conducted a scientific experiment with the new #Metallica album this weekend to empirically determine its insignificance: I played #72Seasons as background music during an afternoon coffee gathering. The majority of the participants were between 50 and 85 years old.

The experiment result: No comments from Group A regarding the background music. Thus, the album is suitable for all age groups and occasions.
