All I'd done was start to look through the menu options. That was after it demanded access to precise location data in order to function. (I'd already connected the controller via Bluetooth).
Kind of wild that Android's only clipboard #privacy protection is letting you know when it's been copied. I'd prefer at least the *ability* to lock it behind a permission request.

I just posted a review of the 8BitDo controller for artists over on the Cohost page.
By artists I mean people who use Photoshop and Clip Studio Pain to draw comics and illustrations. We use these controllers has shortcut remotes with Wacoms and other drawing tablets.

My #8BitDo #neogeo controller arrived. This is a brand new, #SNK-licensed controller from 8BitDo, with a faithful remake of the clicky joystick of the original. I'm a bit of a D-pad afficionado (read: snob), so I pre-ordered one basically the moment I heard it was going to be a thing.
So now that it's here, and I've had some time to play with it (a few hours combined of Crystal Caves HD and Streets of Rage), the question is: Is this my new favourite controller in the world?
No... no, it's not.
