Many countries in Europe do not have an 8-metre (40 MHz) band, but their legislation (based on ERC recommendation 70-03) allow non-specific QRPp use (10 mW) of the band 40.660–40.700 MHz (some do have that segment assigned I seem to remember). Could one experiment with WSPR or other MGMs at 10 dBm during sporadic seasons?
