I decided to draw a 90s cartoon dog family (coughcoughBLUEYcough). At first I wanted to draw the full character, but that was proving a challenge so I shortened it to just the heads. I'm glad I did so. This helped nail down the feel I wanted, and gave me a reference point for drawing the full character if I want to.
I looked at Dog City and Talespin for help on this one.
