Short answer, we don’t know yet. But we certainly plan to record all sessions, for sharing after the conf on 99nicu.org

@padkaer @DrVickyPayne @99nicu Staff is an essential investment, and cheap IF a unit manages to make attractive work environments that make people stay. We speak a lot about empowering parents, but I think we should also think around empowering staff too.
