#America has, roughly, 3 classes. The top are today’s great proprietors, top 1% owns over half of US corporate #stock. People just below them are no longer attendants and retainers but #technocrats, the rest of top #10percent — i.e., the #9percent — owns almost all the rest of U.S. stock. Then there’s everyone else , no longer tenant farmers but they still have to get up every day and clock in to own possessions
