@ebar1307 So ... *yes* to your overall point. But I can't count the number of times where the stop bar, theoretically where you are supposed to stop your vehicle, is *past* the crosswalk. I've not checked but am confident that this is not a recommended practice by either #AASHTO or #NACTO. So enforce, yes, but also build better infrastructure.

I-240 could encircle Oklahoma City. Portions of John Kilpatrick Turnpike, I-44, Kickapoo Turnpike, I-40, and SH 152 could be added to the I-240 designation. This would be a much needed complete loop around the city.
