As we build this space, what kind of content do people want to see more of on here?
I became burned out on sharing #SciComm on twitter due to the harassment. I publicly shared my #advocacy for patients and physicians, but my support for legislation like #AB2098 led to me receiving complaints and threats. Discussing #COVID became frustrating and either brigaded or ignored. Trying to engage on #politics became frustrating, and now surely only worse.
What would people find useful here?

Any California state politician or organization that supports extorting, silencing, and ending careers of good doctors who may disagree with govt bureaucrats (who are often wrong) through #AB2098 has declared themselves an enemy of science/medicine/people and must step down.

3) “Standard of care” is a legal term that doesn’t mean what is scientifically/medically factual or correct but rather what many/most MDs in that particular community practice (even if it’s wrong or imperfect). It allows #AB2098 to destroy MDs who speak the TRUTH by defining truth.
