This interactive panel session will introduce attendees to actionable strategies for making values-aligned decisions across a wide range of #library work, focusing on process (how we do our work) and decision making at all levels as a powerful locus of meaningful intervention. Attendees will uncover their own spheres of influence and decision-making power, and panelists will demonstrate how often-abstract values such as equity, accessibility, or openness, can be made concrete and actionable when they are the basis for evaluative decisions, no matter how small."
