So my method for knowing people's mailing addresses is: when they send me mail, I put the envelope in a filing cabinet then when I need to mail them something I look through that to find their old mail to copy the return address.

It actually works pretty well as long as I always make sure I am grabbing the most recent thing. However, the absurdity of having a file of old mail is not lost on me. #ADHDproblems

Being AuDHD means finding it very hard to just get on and do the stuff I want to do, keep tidy, or stay organised — BUT ALSO — finding it very difficult to cope when things in my life are not organised or structured well, or tidy enough to not feel too overwhelming... and constantly battling a sense of inertia, never quite achieving the things I feel I could or should be, when it comes to pursuing my interests.
