For the last few days, I've been attending the "Precision Health" (clinical genomics mostly) #AGBT meeting in San Diego. These are, I have to assume, intelligent and informed people. Why, then, do I see so few masks? Here is the covid wastewater data for this area of San Diego. While we're still pretty far of the omicron peak from Jan 22, we are pretty close to the peak that we experienced last summer (and I imagine most people don't have fresh vaccines).
