Let's see what this does. Made some very short loops from a Tac Au Tac episode from the 70s; or the file size goes through the roof! I used FFmpeg. However, I don't know if the looping will work, since my image viewers don't even open APNG and video players will only loop what I ask them to loop.
Only the last image of Moebius giving side-eye was encoded with looping.
