Today's Art Question of the Day:
When looking at cartoons that have dots for eyes, which ones are your favourite?
I love Adventure Time's wild energy and their fearlessness with breaking style for emotional beats, but Mr. Men books are iconic.

Today's Art Question of the Day:
What landscape artist inspires you the most?
For me, it's AJ Casson, a later member of the Group of 7. When I looked to comics for simplified backgrounds I wasn't as inspired as I was by the Group's iconic shapes and colours.

Regardless of who (if anyone) you root for, what sports logo do you think is great and why?

For me, the Miami Dolphins teal and orange is a cheerful, unique choice. Too many edglordy logos, imo. Great motion in the dolphin too.

For me, Henry Moore's Large Two Forms is a classic for Toronto. It was in front of our Art Gallery for years (now relocated to the park behind it) it's a piece that invites young and old like to sit on, play around and interact with.

Is there a color that when you hear it or read it, you picture(d) a completely different colour?

For me it's Vermillion, which I picture as a deep, intense green (maybe because of “vert & million”).
