My parents wanted to get me a subscription to something useful for Christmas. I contemplated paying my membership dues for ~$300, but then balked at the price and benefits.

Putting (~$200) and side by side, it's not a competition. I won't get journal access to ASCE (WITH membership they estimate MONTHLY journal access > $300!!)

My salary increased 50% when I switched to software, and I never had a professional dev budget in 🤔 😲

So with lots of new individuals flocking here with the , I have not seen very many institutions, organizations or journals that are active hop on (or maybe I have missed their links?). Do y'all think some of them will establish their own instances? , , to name a few of the larger ones I am active in.
