How beautiful a plant louse is, when imaged under the microscope. This #multiphoton #autofluorescence stack was excited with 820 nm laserline and captured with a 20x objective lens. The acquisition of the whole Z-stack of 117 micrometer thickness and 45 Z-steps was done in about 30s due to the fast resonant scanner of the #Nikon #AXR MP.
