Adam Schiff and Abigail Spanberger, both Democrats, have introduced a bill that makes it a crime for someone in Congress to be involved in insider trading.
How was this not a law already?
And even though this should be a bipartisan issue, I am sure that many Republicans will vote it down because they either hate cooperation or are involved in insider trading themselves.
