If our city leadership could not forthrightly give us all the same information gathered by the US Department of Justice about the violence and crimes committed by our police department, how can they have the capacity or the will to change that police department?

How can people who voted for #Frey and against (at least symbolically) #abolishing the #Minneapolis #Police Department rationalize leaving the power to change things with people who demonstrably can't or won't?
