Do you use an #RSS reader to follow academic #journals? I've just started doing this, and it seems like a no-brainer, but I've never hear of people doing it. Most journals have #feeds available with the notable exception of #DeGruyter journals.

I wonder what would happen if #news organizations were required to be non-profit in order to call themselves that. Maybe they'd be a little more #impartial if we could get rid of that #PerverseIncentive.

Apparently, when some scientific journals publish an Expression of Concern on an article, they don't display it on the article itself. So, readers have no way of knowing an EoC exists, which rather defeats the purpose.

Refuse to review for or submit to journals that do this, & tell them why.
