Exhausted after another day micromanaging my work adjustments request, granted via #AccessToWork. My line manager won't get involved so it has to wait until their manager (and my senior manager) returns from annual leave next month.
I'm grateful for the assistance I'm getting (as excruciating as it was asking for it), but it has been a draining and painfully slow process. I wonder if anyone else has had similar experiences with work adjustments?

Hey all 😊, I've decided to explore how #AccessToWork can help me manage my #ADHD at work. This is a #government grant scheme which supports #disabled people in work, this includes #neurodivergent people.
The scheme could pay up to £65,180 per person per year, though isn't designed to cover the cost of #ReasonableAdjustments employers should consider anyway. It's known as "the government's best kept secret" so employers/ employees often don't know this funding exists! 😶 https://www.gov.uk/access-to-work

Dealing with my #Crapmin (aka #Dismin) which today is chasing #AccessToWork (UK government run disability employment support costs agency) for taking over 6 weeks to fail to reply to an update in my support costs. This is the 7th yr in a row they've ignored emails. The majority of my comms with them. I am tired of it. 🤬
