While setting up a #video player for a client, we checked out AblePlayer and Plyr.

AblePlayer is recommended often in #accessiblity articles, but a hassle in setup due to requiring jquery and not being available as an npm package, which in turn would require us to handle it rather exotically. https://github.com/ableplayer/ableplayer

Plyr is also quite far in terms of accessibility, though it seems not as far. https://github.com/sampotts/plyr/

Going with Plyr now. Still unsure if good decision.
