- Mastodon is just one part of #ActivityWeb and the #fediverse at large. There's lower bandwidth self-hostable instances like #pleroma and #honk; #pixelfed for photos, #peertube for video and more.

You know what would be awesome? If #Zot6 and #ActivityWeb converged.

@deadsuperhero did tinker on Hubzilla forks back in the day but somewhere along the line it fell off.

I wish there was something that combines the power & richness of Hubzilla/Streams/Diaspora with ubiquitous adaptive nature of ActivityPub.

Being able to mirror content & identity across hubs/nodes in real time and encrypted?🧑‍🍳 💋
