On CA Rep. Adam Schiff's response to his censure by the Trump-corrupted GOP House as noted in the #dailykos, I continue to be impressed with his integrity, intelligence, and political skills.

I haven't fully committed to a choice for the CA #Senate seat to replace Dianne Feinstein. I'm more than willing to give more time to Katie Porter, of whom I'm also impressed.

But, I have to admit that Adam Schiff currently has a slight lead with me.

I just contributed to Adam Schiff’s senate campaign. He’s been one of the most effective members of Congress in defending the rule of law against the attacks from Trump and his truly pathetic minions. I’ve been meaning to do this earlier and the Republicans’ ludicrous censure of Schiff today was the impetus I needed. (I’m not affiliated with the Schiff campaign. I just think he’s been masterful in his conduct as a legislator.) #AdamSchiff

With #CA Representative Adam Schiff announcing his entry into the CA #Senate race, along with Representative Katie Porter we now have 2 excellent Senate candidates. This will be a tough choice, I like them both. The debates will be interesting and informative.

Either would also be excellent candidates for CA #Governor in 2026.
