Ship repair specialists warned that the condition of the cruiser does not allow to launch it, because it is likely to roll over and sink. Divers found significant corrosion, some holds are completely filled with water.
Officials of the shipyard and the leadership of the Northern Fleet try to shift the responsibility for this situation to each other.
