Question for people using the #AdvancedWebInterface:
I generally use my keys to gradually scroll a web page as I read. But in those cases that I manage to get the rightmost #mastodon pane to respond to arrow keys at all, it behaves according to "skip one full post up/down" instead of a predictable amount of motion.
Am I just stuck with this? Does anyone have a way to make it move nicely?

Last night, my dreams were all in Advanced Web Interface format.
Thanks, Mastodon!
Is there a way to #customize what you see with the #advancedwebinterface? I'd love to use it for certain things. But it also seems like info overload having 4 different screens show up. Can you customize or #resize these tabs? Or even select the tabs that you want to see? #mastodon

YO! Stop every freaking print press, like, RIGHT NOW!
Do you mean I've been messing around with Mastodon's less than ideal "advanced web interface," even though there's been a "simple interface" all this time??
When did this happen???
I remember joining #mastodon a few years ago, scratching my head why anyone would use this messy "advanced" interface.
Well, TIL.

What I've learned while setting up #feeds:
> Slow Mode & #AdvancedWebInterface are great
> AWI lets you pin anything – including #hashtag searches
> You can add extra terms to a pinned search (OR, AND, and NOT ops, up to 4 terms each)
> Searches become topic-focused feeds
> Search can only search your Federated #feed or local feed (i.e. people on your instance and those they follow)
> You'll miss A LOT if you're not on a big instance w/ a #firehose Federated Feed

I'm using #AdvancedWebInterface and I have https://sunny.garden/web/getting-started on Speed Dial. However, when I click it, I always get redirected to https://sunny.garden/web/home, which seems to be the standard interface.
I have to go to preferences first and then click "Back to Mastodon" to actually reach the "getting-started" page with the advanced interface.
Anyone knows what's wrong here?
