Salesperson wants a Deal (associated with a Quote that was already sent) deleted instead of it being Deal Stage "Lost", as if the Deal/Quote never happened. 😕

I don't think it's right.

I removed her name so it doesn't affect her* numbers. But she insists that it should be deleted, saying it wasn't a real Lead. She seems rather upset, asking "don't you trust me?" To which I say "It's not about trust. It's data."

Hey Fedi, I need some advice about soldering irons.

The ‘s’ key on my keyboard is dying, and its twin has a dead ‘n’ key. 😕 It’s time to get a soldering iron and replace some switches. 🙂 It’s been a long while, so I don’t have any equipment.

I’m looking at the Pinecil, but I’m not sure what accessories to order.

When I got my #bike from the vendor, he suggested leaving the left side shifter at the 3rd highest mark (like in the photo) and the right shifter at 4* (if I remember correctly). He said that was what I needed and that I wouldn't need to change them. I did let him know that I'm a #beginner.
