So my first soup-to-nuts (idea to self-print) #3dPrinting project came out OK, despite forgetting smoothing - a rack for my #Aeropress and accessories. I could tweak a few distances, and the drip tray's not the easiest to remove, but I think I'll just use it for a while (that black PLA outgasses somewhat and I might wait until I have an enclosure for another long print with it).

Got this tip from Reddit a few years back: to easily reuse #Aeropress #coffee filters, stick it to the side of the kettle after rinsing. It will be dry by the time you finish cleaning up. And you can leave the Aeropress prepared for the next batch.

#Coffee people, I've just got an #aeropress, trying the Hoffman method. But it always feels a little weak, how are you all brewing your aeropress coffees?

Second morning with #Aeropress metal filter not better. Even though I increased grind size to my usual French Press, there's just not any retention and water just flows through. Maybe needs to be prepared with inverted recipe, but not a fan of it.

For now, Fellow Prismo with paper filter, is still my favorite method.

Auch im größten anzunehmenden Notfall "Ausfall der restlichen Kaffeeinfrastruktur" ist das ein hilfreicher Fallback. Kaffeebohnen lutschen ist einfach nicht dasselbe.
