@mikeleber In my experience one problem with agility is that people get to married to their respective framework. You have to adapt to make it work in your environment and that's where the work actually begins.
I've got five years of implementing #SAFe in a company with >40k employees. We are just now feeling to actually get traction and be taken serious across all departments. But it works and you need to prepare for a marathon. #workculture #transformation #agilemindset
