Never had kids so I didn't have to deal with the daily grind of making meals. The pandemic got me into #cooking at home and my health changed. But goodness it is a lot of work in a wheelchair inaccessible kitchen. I'm always trying to avoid burning myself just to turn off the cooktop because the knobs aren't in the front. The counters are built for what feels like giants. I can barely reach the sink. Wish everything was #UniversalDesign or #AgingInPlace

My circumstance is that I love #aginginplace in an urban center--it feeds my need for mental stimulation. It was a colossal hassle to own a car in the city, so I quit. Now I have medical diagnoses of epilepsy and glaucoma (well controlled with meds), but it's not advisable to drive a car anymore.
