Am I just bad at searching or does there seem to be absolutely nothing sold commercially for pulling outside air into an apartment (no structural modifications allowed) while filtering said inflow?

Basically everything seems to suggest "buy unfiltered window fans and an air purifier" but #AirPurifiers are absurdly expensive and it seems silly to filter the air after instead of preventing pollen from getting in to start with.
