There are two differences:
- #Kadyrov is much more loyal than #Prigozhin

- Prigozhin's #Wagner was a military company, Kadyrov's #Akhmat is a security unit.

According to the Russian state news agency TASS, #Chechen fighters from the #Akhmat group have left the #Rostov region again. They are said to have been transferred there to fend off an advance by the #Wagner mercenary group.

The Akhmat group will now return to #Ukraine. The #Russian Ministry of Defense had contractually integrated the Akhmat fighters of Chechen ruler Ramzan #Kadyrov.

"#Akhmat" commander Apty #Alaudinov, who attended the signing ceremony, said the unit had prepared and sent tens of thousands of volunteers to #Ukraine over the past 15 months, according to Reuters. "I think that's a very good thing," Alaudinov was quoted as saying on the Defense Ministry's website after the deal was signed. Moscow announced on Friday that "Achmat" forces were conducting an offensive near the town of Maryinka in Donetsk region.

The #Russian Defense Ministry has contracted its first private #army. According to a press release, the document was signed between the ministry and the special unit "#Akhmat". "Akhmat" is the combat unit of Chechen ruler Ramzan #Kadyrov.

An “#Akhmat” unit was spotted in the southwestern part of the temporarily occupied #Donetsk. The occupants are robbing civilians in the mentioned area of the city and filming staged combat engagement videos. On 6 June, an effective fire attack by the #AFU on the militants’ concentration in a training camp resulted in the enemy casualties of 56 killed.
