It seems to me the #SouthwestMeltdown is an awesome opportunity for #AlaskaAirlines - at least on the West Coast - to snap up some of that business long-term. There can be no mistaking or denying the long-term reputational loss suffered by #Southwest over this holiday season. Their own pilots and flight crews called them out, and have been for years. I feel for the new CEO (he didn’t create this mess) as it will take a while to sort it all out. #travel #airport #airlines #software #operations
