L'esercito sudanese ha affermato che Omar #AlBashir, ex dittatore di 79 anni rovesciato nel 2019, è stato trasferito dalla prigione di Khartoum a un ospedale militare di Kober, insieme ad altri cinque dei suoi ex funzionari, mentre l'ex Governatore Ahmed #Haroun (#NCP|Islamisti autoritari militaristi) ha detto di aver lasciato la prigione con altri detenuti e che si assumerà la responsabilità della loro protezione, senza segnalare la posizione attuale.
